Appointment Arrival widget settings

The widget has the following settings:

Name

Description

Appointment identification method

Appointment Identification (keyboard)

Select which information to use to identify the appointment

Arrive first if multiple found

If allowed, the earliest created appointment will be arrived.

Key and color settings

Text Font

Text font for keys

Text Color

Text color for keys

Key BG Color

Background color for keys

Key Del BG Color

Background color for the Delete and Clear keys

Key (0-9) Image

Image for 0-9 keys (optional)

Key (Del, Clear) Image

Background color for the whole widget

Page to show after appointment is checked in

Page Not Found

Page to show if the appointment cannot be found

Page Too Early

Page to show if the customer is too early for the appointment

Page Too Late

Page to show if the customer is too late for the appointment

Page multiple

Page to show if even with the appointment time the appointment or customer cannot be uniquely identified

Input field settings

Message Id

Component Id of the element where the message to enter the appointment time should be shown

Input Id

Component Id of the element where the input field should be shown

Mask Input

Asterisk (*) shown for all entered characters except for the last one

Ok Button Id

Component Id of the button that will arrive the appointment

Max Input Length

Max number of characters allowed in input field

Phone number settings

Phone international code by default

Default prefix code for the phone number

Remove the default prefix code

Set to ‘Yes’ if it should be removed when searching

Full phone number must be matched

Set to ‘Yes’ if full phone number must match during search

Min number of characters for the search

Minimum characters required for phone number search

Validation Phone number component Id

Component Id of the element showing phone validation message

Misc appointment settings

Appointment Early (Minutes)

Minutes beforehand an appointment can be arrived

Appointment Late (Minutes)

Minutes after start time an appointment can be arrived

Language

Language used for month names if date of birth is input

Appt Time Enter

Text asking for entering the appointment time

Field Custom ticketId

Appointment field used as custom ticket Id

Use Id as Ticket Number

Use last 4 digits of central appointment ID as ticket number

Validation id 4 last digits component Id

Component Id showing validation message for last 4 digits

Multi-department settings

Virtual Printer Logic Id

Must match UTT logic id for arrival at alternative branches

Barcode scanner settings

Appointment Identification (scanner)

Select info used to identify appointment with scanner

Enable or disable barcode scanner functionality

Page shown after barcode scan until next action

Barcode timeout (s)

Time to block next barcode reading, in seconds

Barcode Start Substring

Start position in the scanned barcode

Barcode End Substring

End position in the barcode, -1 for end of string

Card reader settings

Cardreader search enabled

Enable or disable card reader functionality

Cardreader eventname

Name of the event sent from the card reader

Field name used for appointment search

Fields where this data should be stored on visit
