Surface widgets
Here is a list of all available widgets.

Appointment Arrival | Appointment Arrival is a touchscreen widget for kiosks that allows to search for an appointment by customer input or barcode scanning, based on various identification methods (e.g. by booking reference). Once the appointment is found, the customer can check in and a ticket is printed related to the found appointment. | Touch screen |
Assist button | A virtual Call assistance button which customers can press to notify staff that they need help. This requires that Help button alerts are enabled in the Serve view and Check in view settings. | Touch screen |

Customer Feedback for tablet | Used to provide customers with a way to give feedback om a tablet. The widget will show 5 satisfaction level icons by default which you can link to marks. You can configure the icons (5 default icons available, from happy to angry), name for the satisfaction levels, number of satisfaction levels that should be present on the screen, background color, a thank you message, vertical message, etc. | Positional display |
Ding | This widget plays a sound when a ticket is called. It has a default Ding sound, but can be configured to use a sound file from Orchestra’s content repository. The widget itself is invisible on the page. | Media display |
Eventsim | This widget is an event simulator for the Surface Editor. It is used to be able to do a Preview on the different surfaces that you create in the Surface Editor. | Touch screen Media display Positional display |
News ticker | This widget is used to display one or several text snippets. Each text snippet is shown in a vintage teleprinter style, gradually revealing each character. The individual text snippets are separated by a semicolon. It is possible to configure things like font, color and animation speed. | Media display Positional display |
Positional display ticket call | Similar to the Ticket Call Widget, but tailored specifically for Positional Displays. This widget shows the counter status. It will display text for Open, Closed or Called Ticket Number according to the state of the counter. | Positional display |
Queue info | With the Queue Info Widget, information displays can show the number of waiting customers, real and estimated waiting times and open counters. Besides showing the data, it can also notify the watcher visually and with audio when threshold levels are exceeded. | Media display |
Quick Text | The Quick Text widget can show text in a text field and remind customers what they need to bring or prepare for a specific service. The customer can then select Yes or No, allowing them to continue and take a ticket. | Touch screen (only Intro 17 or Elo 22) |
Scrolling text | This widget continuously displays one or several text snippets, scrolling/sliding in from the left or right and possibly stopping for a configurable amount of time in the middle of the widget.The individual text snippets are separated by a semicolon. It is possible to configure things like font, background color, stop duration, animation speed and animation style. To create a constant speed animation, for example a classically scrolling text, select linear animation type and set stop duration to zero. For a more fancy slide in - slide out animation, use the overshoot animation type, an animation duration of 500 ms and a stop duration of 2000 ms. | Media display Positional display |
Service Scheduler and SMS logic | With Service Scheduler and SMS logic widget, you can schedule the availability of touchscreens, services and buttons using the Service Scheduler application. You can also add a keyboard to a touch surface where customers can enter their phone number. | Touch screen |
Ticket call | This widget is meant to be used on media displays, normally placed on the Call Page. It displays the ticket number and workstation of the called ticket. It may also show a directional arrow, directing the customer to the correct counter. | Media display |
Ticket call history | This widget displays a vertical list of called visits. It is typically used on a media display, but it can also be used on a positional display to show called visits for that particular counter. When one of the last five tickets is recalled, that visit will move to the top of the list. | Media display Positional display |
