Send notifications in different languages
You can configure your messages in different languages to ensure clear communication with a diverse customer base. By sending notifications in the customer’s preferred language, you enhance their experience, reduce misunderstandings, and improve overall satisfaction.
Set up appointment notifications in different languages
Before you begin
The relevant customer-facing languages must be enabled in the Localization section. Note that only a user with the role System Administrator can do this.
Make sure you have the translated messages available so you can paste them when needed.
Steps
Go to Appointments > General > Appointment Notifications and select a language from the language tabs.
Click Edit notification.
Enter or paste the translated message for the wanted notification types.
Optionally, send a preview to see what they look like.
Repeat for any other language.
When done, click Confirm.
When you update the message in the primary language, remember to also update the messages for any other language you have configured.
Note
If you have service-specific notification additions, remember to translate those as well.
Set up visit notifications in different languages
Prerequisites
Languages must be added in Business Configuration > General Admin > Languages.
Make sure you have the translated messages available so you can paste them when needed.
Steps
Go to Business Configuration > Notification Admin and select the type of visit notification you want to set up notifications for.
Go to the Messages tab.
Click Edit for the wanted language.
Paste the translated message in the relevant text box.
Save.
Repeat for any other language.
When you update the message in the default language, remember to also update the messages for any other language you have configured.
