Service settings

To access the basic settings for a service, go to Business Configuration > Services and open a service.

The following settings are available for services:

Setting

Description

Internal name

Service name shown in admin and staff interfaces.

Internal description

Service description shown in internal interfaces

External name

Service name shown on customer-facing surfaces

External description

Service description shown on customer-facing surfaces

Serving time

The time in minutes and seconds that it takes to serve this service. This is used for the service level metrics in the transaction time reports.

Ticket layout

Ticket layout used when printing physical tickets.

Mobile enabled

If this setting is enabled, the service is available in Mobile Ticket.

Booking enabled

If this setting is enabled, the service is available for appointment booking.
