Service settings
To access the basic settings for a service, go to Business Configuration > Services and open a service.
The following settings are available for services:
Setting | Description |
---|---|
Internal name | Service name shown in admin and staff interfaces. |
Internal description | Service description shown in internal interfaces |
External name | Service name shown on customer-facing surfaces |
External description | Service description shown on customer-facing surfaces |
Serving time | The time in minutes and seconds that it takes to serve this service. This is used for the service level metrics in the transaction time reports. |
Ticket layout | Ticket layout used when printing physical tickets. |
Mobile enabled | If this setting is enabled, the service is available in Mobile Ticket. |
Booking enabled | If this setting is enabled, the service is available for appointment booking. |
