Make branches available for appointments
Branches represent the physical location where customers can go to get service. Branches are set up in Visit Manager > Business Configuration > Branches.
To see the branches that are synced to the Experience Cloud portal and available for appointments, go to Organization > Branches. Here you can see the branch address, timezone and contact information. You can also see which services are provided on the branch. This information comes from Business Configuration.
Once you have checked that branches are synced to the portal, your branches are prepared for appointment bookings.
