Use this checkbox to enable or disable the branch

Branch name, must be unique

Queue Agent

Queue agent the branch is connected to

Branch Prefix

A three-character code (A-Z, optionally a digit in third position) used to identify the branch, for example when connecting hardware.

Time zone

Branch time zone

Mobile enabled

If enabled, the branch is available in Mobile Ticket.

Open Hours / Closing hours

General open hours of the branch. Not used by any application but you can use them for information to know when you can set the Reset time.

Address

Branch address, used for example by the branch address variable in notifications.

Postcode

Postcode, used for example by the postcode variable in notifications.

City

City, used for example by the city variable in notifications.

Country

Country, used for example by the country variable in notifications.

Latitude

Latitude, used for example by Mobile Ticket to determine branch position

Longitude

Longitude, used for example by Mobile Ticket to determine branch position

Reset time

The time of the day (HH:MM) when a branch is reset and all visits are ended and deleted. If you don’t want the branch to be reset, leave this field empty.

Operation profile

Operation profile that the branch is assigned to. The operation profile determines which services, queues and calling rules that should be applied for the branch.

Equipment profile

Equipment profile that the branch is assigned to. The equipment profiles determines which unit types (hardware and software devices) that the branch should have.
