Send custom cancellation messages
Staff can enter a custom cancellation message when they cancel an appointment.

Insert the tag {12} in the standard cancellation notification where you want the custom cancellation message to be placed.
If the tag {12} is not used in the cancellation notification, but a staff member writes a custom message, the following happens:
If a standard cancellation notification is configured, the addition will be placed last.
If there is no standard cancellation notification configured, the custom cancellation message is sent as a standalone message.
